Less than 50% of my clients have ever used a Travel Advisor, so here are some answers to some common questions.
How does THE planning process start?
Rainbow Voyages offers a complimentary 30-minute telephone consultation session conducted by our President Paul (more about him on the next page). The idea of the consultation is to answer your questions about how I work, and to get a sense of your vision of what your vacation or honeymoon should be. Unless you know exactly what you want, I suggest you avail yourself of this popular free service. There's no obligation.

What are your hours?
We're open 12 Noon to 8PM eastern daylight savings time, Monday to Saturday. But we'll schedule a consultation at any time at your convenience. We are located in Philadelphia PA. However this is not a walk-in location.
DO YOU CHARGE A SERVICE FEE?
Rainbow Voyages service fees typically range from $50 -$150 per person. Children receive a 50% discount. Infants are considered children. There base fee does not include restaurant reservations. Should you have to cancel, this fee covers our cancelation charges. Hotels, airlines, etc. have their own fees, so we suggest insurance. Insurance does not cover travel agency fees.

Sorry, Rainbow Voyages does not handle air only reservations..
